SMS Program Information
Navoriq provides messaging technology that home-service businesses may use to communicate with customers about service requests, missed-call follow-up, scheduling, appointments, and related customer-care matters.
Who sends the messages
The business identified in the text message is the sender of that customer messaging program. Navoriq provides the software and messaging infrastructure used on the business’s behalf.
How customers opt in
Businesses must use a documented opt-in method appropriate for their messaging program, such as an unchecked website checkbox, a customer-initiated text keyword, or another clear consent flow. The disclosure should explain what messages the customer is agreeing to receive. Navoriq does not treat a missed call by itself as blanket permission for unrestricted automated texting.
Where an opt-in form is used, consent to receive text messages should not be required as a condition of purchasing goods or services unless the specific program lawfully requires otherwise.
What messages may include
Messages may include service-request follow-up, questions needed to understand the requested service, appointment availability, scheduling confirmations or changes, and customer-support information. Message frequency varies based on the customer’s request and conversation.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. After an opt-out, no further automated messages should be sent unless the customer later gives valid consent again or sends an accepted opt-back-in keyword where supported.
Help
Reply HELP for help where supported. The business’s message or HELP response should provide a customer-care phone number or email address. For Navoriq platform questions, contact braden@bradensclientsystems.com.
Privacy
Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. They may be processed by vendors that help operate and deliver the messaging service. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Business requirements
Businesses using Navoriq are responsible for accurately describing their messaging program, maintaining appropriate consent records, honoring opt-outs, and completing any required carrier, sender, brand, or campaign registration before production messaging begins.
